Personal information
Privacy Policy
Effective August 12, 2026. This policy explains how My Store collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use the Services. Shopify hosts the store and processes information needed to provide its platform.
1. Information collected
Depending on your interaction, we may process identifiers and contact details; account credentials; billing, payment, transaction, and order information; shipping and fitment information; support messages and submitted photos; device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, and usage activity; marketing preferences; fraud and security indicators; and inferences used to operate and improve the store. Payment-card data may be handled directly by payment providers rather than stored by us.
2. Sources
Information may come directly from you, automatically from your device, from Shopify and service providers, from payment and fraud-prevention partners, from carriers and fulfillment providers, from marketing platforms, and from lawful public or partner sources.
3. Uses
We use information to provide and personalize the Services; process payment and orders; assess fitment requests; ship and support products; communicate about transactions and safety; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain accounts and preferences; perform analytics; improve products and content; market where permitted; comply with law; enforce agreements; establish or defend legal claims; and protect users, the public, and our business.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose information to Shopify; payment, fraud, hosting, analytics, support, communication, advertising, fulfillment, carrier, professional-adviser, insurer, and IT providers; manufacturers or suppliers involved in a claim; authorities or litigants when legally required; a successor in a merger, financing, restructuring, or asset sale; and other parties at your direction or with your consent. Providers may process information in other countries.
5. Shopify
Shopify independently processes information to operate and improve its platform and services. Review Shopify’s consumer privacy information and privacy portal for its practices and available controls.
6. Cookies and advertising
We and providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, measurement, and advertising. Available cookie and opt-out controls depend on location. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal will be handled as required by applicable law.
7. Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional, account, safety, recall, and service communications may continue. Consent for text messaging, where offered, is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated and permitted by law.
8. Retention
We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for orders, tax and accounting, warranty and safety records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legitimate operations. Retention varies by record and legal requirement.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or support forms.
10. Your rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Rights are not absolute. We may verify identity and authorization and may retain information where law permits. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable digital-consent age. A parent or guardian may contact us about suspected collection.
12. Third-party links and international transfers
Third-party sites have their own practices. Information may be transferred internationally using mechanisms required by applicable law. We are not responsible for independent sites merely because we link to them.
13. Contact and complaints
Submit privacy requests through the Contact page or roshaan31113@hotmail.com. You may also have a right to complain to a local privacy regulator. We may update this policy prospectively and will post a new effective date and required notice.
