Fulfillment and delivery

Shipping Policy

Effective August 12, 2026. Shipping charges, services, and estimates displayed at checkout apply to the order. No processing or delivery date is a Ryvex Mods promise. Mandatory shipping-delay, cancellation, and refund rights remain intact.

1. Processing

Order processing and carrier transit are separate. Fraud review, address verification, inventory, customization, supplier timing, weekends, holidays, weather, and safety review can affect processing. A carrier service may have separate terms, but Ryvex Mods makes no independent delivery-time promise.

2. Address accuracy

You must provide a complete deliverable address and contact information. Contact us immediately about an error. A request for an address change, redirect, hold, or intercept may not be completed and can create carrier charges for which you are responsible where lawful.

3. Tracking and delivery

Tracking is generated when a label is created and may not update until carrier acceptance. Delivery scans, photos, signatures, lockers, mailrooms, and carrier records may be used to investigate delivery. You are responsible for arranging a secure delivery location.

4. Delays and required choices

Carrier estimates can change. Weather, customs, labor events, transportation disruption, peak volume, incorrect addresses, government action, and force-majeure events can delay delivery. If an order cannot ship within the stated time, or within the period required when no time is stated, we will seek consent to the delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund when applicable law requires it.

5. Damage and shortage

Inspect the outer package before opening. Photograph visible damage and the shipping label, then photograph the product and packing layers. Keep all packaging and report damage, missing contents, or the wrong item promptly. Do not install a damaged safety-critical part.

6. Lost or stolen packages

Report a package that is overdue or marked delivered but missing. Cooperate with carrier traces, statements, identity checks, or police reports reasonably required for the claim. Remedies depend on carrier findings, shipping protection, applicable law, and the facts. We do not promise replacement or refund before investigation.

7. Split shipments

Items may arrive in separate packages. Charges and tracking can be split. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing.

8. International orders

The recipient is responsible for checking import legality and for taxes, duty, brokerage, inspection, and customs charges not collected at checkout. Customs can delay, reject, seize, or return goods. We do not falsify values or descriptions. A returned international shipment is handled under the Return Policy and applicable law.

9. Risk and title

Risk of loss and title pass at the point permitted by applicable law and the selected shipping terms. Nothing in this policy transfers risk earlier than mandatory consumer law allows.
