Legal agreement
Terms and Conditions
Effective August 12, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and My Store (“Ryvex Mods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to this website, communications with us, and any order, product, content, feature, or service offered by Ryvex Mods (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, checking a policy-acceptance box, adding a product to a cart, or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and every policy incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services or purchase, install, or use a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude, restrict, or modify.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live and legally able to enter a contract. If you order for a business, organization, team, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party. You are responsible for accurate, current, and complete account, billing, delivery, vehicle, and fitment information and for protecting your account credentials.
2. High-risk performance products
Ryvex Mods sells aftermarket parts for electric motorcycles, mini-motos, e-motos, and similar vehicles. These vehicles and parts can cause serious bodily injury, death, fire, electrical shock, loss of control, property damage, and violations of law if selected, installed, maintained, charged, modified, or operated incorrectly. Brakes, wheels, tires, steering, suspension, controls, batteries, electrical components, structural parts, and mounting hardware are safety-critical.
You knowingly assume the ordinary and inherent risks of lawful installation and use to the fullest extent permitted by law. This assumption of risk does not waive a claim that cannot lawfully be waived, including any non-waivable statutory product-liability right.
3. Off-road use and legal compliance
Unless the exact product listing expressly states otherwise and provides applicable verification, products are sold for closed-course, competition, private-property, or off-road use. A part is not represented as DOT-approved, road-legal, emissions-compliant, insurance-compliant, or lawful for a particular location merely because it can physically be installed. You are solely responsible for checking licensing, registration, lighting, braking, noise, power, speed, age, equipment, land-use, and traffic laws before purchase and operation.
4. Fitment responsibility
Compatibility labels and the bike finder are screening tools, not a substitute for physical verification. Model names, model years, production revisions, prior modifications, forks, hubs, wheels, rotors, calipers, swingarms, controllers, batteries, wiring, adapters, spacers, and fasteners can change fitment. Before ordering, you must verify the exact bike, year, variant, dimensions, mounting pattern, offsets, clearances, connectors, voltage, current, and installed components. Selecting a saved bike does not create a fitment guarantee.
5. Installation, inspection, and maintenance
Use a qualified, insured technician familiar with the exact vehicle and component. Follow the vehicle and component manufacturers’ current instructions, torque specifications, service limits, fluid requirements, routing requirements, and inspection procedures. Do not install a part that is damaged, contaminated, incomplete, mismatched, or unclear. Use calibrated tools, new single-use fasteners where required, correct thread treatment, correct fluids, and appropriate protective equipment.
Before riding, inspect and function-test the complete vehicle in a controlled area at low speed. Recheck torque, alignment, hose and wire routing, wheel rotation, tire clearance, steering travel, brake engagement, leaks, fastener retention, and abnormal heat or noise. Reinspect after the first heat cycle or ride and at appropriate service intervals. Stop using the vehicle immediately if anything loosens, rubs, leaks, overheats, cracks, deforms, behaves unpredictably, or affects control.
6. Product information and photographs
We try to keep descriptions, dimensions, prices, inventory, photographs, and fitment data accurate. Displays, lighting, production changes, supplier changes, and manufacturing tolerances can cause differences. Photographs may show an exact item, a representative finish, or included bundle components as stated in the listing. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice. You must inspect the received item against your order and intended application before installation or modification.
No independent pre-sale review. Unless the exact listing expressly states otherwise, products are procured from third-party manufacturers and suppliers and are resold in the condition received. Ryvex Mods does not independently inspect, measure, test, certify, or professionally review individual units before sale, and listing content may rely on supplier-provided information. Before installation or use you must inspect the received item and have every safety-critical component checked by a qualified technician. Do not install or use an item that has not passed that inspection. This disclosure does not exclude a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept the order. We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, safety concern, legal restriction, payment failure, export concern, resale activity, or other legitimate business reason. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will return the amount collected for the canceled item as required by law.
8. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is submitted. You authorize the selected payment method for product, shipping, tax, duty, and other amounts disclosed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You remain responsible for legally imposed taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage, and similar charges not collected at checkout.
Contact support before initiating a payment dispute where the card network allows. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute based on materially false statements is a breach of these Terms. We may contest a dispute using order, checkout, device, policy-acceptance, and delivery records; may recover amounts, fees, and costs where applicable law and network rules allow; and may decline future orders from a customer who has made a fraudulent claim.
9. Cancellations
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. A request is not effective until confirmed in writing. We may be unable to stop an order after processing, procurement, customization, label creation, or carrier handoff. This does not remove a cancellation or refund right that applicable law requires for an unshipped or delayed order.
10. Shipping, delivery, and risk
The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. No processing or delivery date is a Ryvex Mods promise. If an order cannot ship within the time stated, or within the period required when no time is stated, delay-consent, cancellation, and prompt-refund duties apply as required by law. Title and risk of loss transfer only as permitted by applicable law.
11. Final sale and mandatory remedies
All sales are final. We do not accept preference, remorse, sizing, customer-fitment, or exchange returns. This rule does not remove a remedy required by law for an unshipped, materially delayed, wrong, missing, damaged, unsafe, defective, recalled, or materially misdescribed product.
12. No additional warranty
Except for an express written warranty in the exact listing or rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryvex Mods disclaims implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, a particular performance result, universal compatibility, or that a modification will preserve a vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryvex Mods and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of use, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business; towing, recovery, diagnosis, labor, reinstallation, rental, travel, substitute transportation, vehicle downtime, or damage to other components; or claims arising from improper selection, installation, maintenance, modification, competition, unlawful road use, continued use after a warning sign, or failure to inspect.
Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, aggregate liability arising from a product or transaction will not exceed the amount you actually paid Ryvex Mods for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply where prohibited, including to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy for a claim concerning a product is, where the law allows the seller or named warrantor to elect the remedy, repair, replacement, or refund of the amount actually paid for the specific product. Except where a longer period cannot lawfully be shortened, a claim arising from the Services or a product must be commenced within twelve months after the date the claim accrues or it is barred. This paragraph does not shorten or exclude a right, remedy, or limitation period that applicable law does not allow the parties to shorten or exclude.
14. Release for misuse and unauthorized modification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Ryvex Mods from claims caused by your unlawful use, racing or stunt use beyond a product’s stated purpose, incompatible combinations, installation contrary to instructions, unauthorized repair, removal of safety equipment, bypassing limits or interlocks, use after damage or warning signs, or transfer to a person without the instructions and warnings. This release does not cover conduct or liability that cannot lawfully be released.
15. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ryvex Mods and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful operation, infringement of another’s rights, unauthorized commercial resale, materially improper installation or modification, or knowing misuse. This obligation does not require you to indemnify a party for that party’s fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted.
16. Safety notices, recalls, and cooperation
You must provide a working email and monitor order communications. If we or a manufacturer issues a stop-use notice, service campaign, correction, or recall, stop use and follow the stated process. Do not resell or transfer an affected product without passing on all safety information. Contact us promptly about suspected safety defects and preserve the product, packaging, hardware, photographs, and installation records.
17. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Ryvex Mods name, site design, original text, graphics, photographs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and support. You may not scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer, interfere with, introduce malicious code to, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners and are used only for identification or compatibility.
18. Third-party services and Shopify
The store may use Shopify and third-party payment, analytics, shipping, communication, and embedded services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Your purchase contract is with Ryvex Mods, not Shopify. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
19. Privacy
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained. Do not submit confidential technical, financial, health, or identity information through an unsecured channel.
20. Governing law and disputes
Before filing a non-urgent dispute, send a written description, order number, requested resolution, and supporting evidence and allow at least thirty days to investigate and respond. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryvex Mods is principally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any forum provision remains subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
Individual arbitration and class waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that is not resolved informally and is not brought in small-claims court will be resolved by final, binding arbitration between you and Ryvex Mods on an individual basis, administered by a recognized consumer arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, with fees allocated as those rules and applicable law require. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking it. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice with your name and order information within thirty days of first accepting these Terms. If the class waiver or any part of this provision is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remainder continues to apply. This provision does not apply where applicable law prohibits mandatory pre-dispute arbitration and does not waive a claim, remedy, or public-injunction right that cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or nonperformance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, government action, carrier interruption, cyberattack, labor dispute, utility failure, supplier failure, or material shortage. Payment-refund duties imposed by law remain unaffected.
22. General provisions
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience. The English version controls where lawful. These Terms, the policies linked at purchase, and any product-specific written terms are the entire agreement regarding the transaction.
23. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date and giving any notice required by law. The version accepted with an order governs that order unless law requires otherwise. Questions should be submitted through the Contact page or emailed to roshaan31113@hotmail.com.
24. Supplier and production changes
A supplier may change a factory, batch, tooling, finish, packaging, subcomponent, or specification. Ryvex Mods may pause, reject, seek consent to substitute where required, or cancel an affected order. No change is approved merely because a supplier describes it as equivalent.
25. Samples, certifications, and test data
A sample, marketplace badge, supplier certificate, inspection report, laboratory result, or prior batch does not establish that every unit is identical or suitable for every application. No certification or test claim applies unless the exact listing identifies its scope and current evidence.
26. No engineering or professional advice
Fitment information, support messages, instructions, photographs, and educational content are general product information. They are not engineering, legal, medical, insurance, inspection, or professional installation advice and do not replace current manufacturer instructions.
27. Product changes and substitutions
Do not substitute hardware, fluid, wiring, tires, spacers, rotors, pads, mounts, fasteners, or instructions without qualified review. A visually similar component may have different material, dimensions, heat treatment, capacity, polarity, or service limits.
28. Incident and defect reporting
Immediately stop use and report any fire, shock, crash, loss of control, fracture, separation, leak, unexpected braking or steering behavior, or other safety concern. Preserve the product and evidence. We may share necessary information with suppliers, insurers, laboratories, regulators, carriers, and advisers and may issue a stop-use notice, correction, refund, replacement, or recall where appropriate or required.
29. Recalls and regulatory cooperation
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory report, investigation, corrective action, recall, refund, repair, replacement, warning, record-retention duty, or regulator access. Customers and resellers must not conceal or destroy safety evidence and must cooperate with lawful corrective action.
30. Resale, transfer, and commercial use
A reseller or commercial installer is responsible for lawful labeling, instructions, traceability, customer communication, taxes, licenses, training, and any duties that apply to that role. Removing labels, warnings, batch marks, or safety communications is prohibited.
31. Reviews, photos, and submissions
You retain rights in lawful submissions and grant Ryvex Mods a nonexclusive license to use them for support, safety investigation, and store operation, and only with any additional consent required for marketing. Do not submit confidential, infringing, deceptive, manipulated, or unlawful material.
32. Export, sanctions, and restricted destinations
Orders and use must comply with export controls, sanctions, customs, and restricted-party rules. We may screen, hold, cancel, or request information where reasonably necessary for compliance.
33. Electronic records and communications
You consent to electronic order records, policy acceptance, notices, safety communications, and signatures where lawful. Keep a working email and delivery address. A safety notice may be sent through any contact method reasonably associated with the order. Policy-acceptance logs, checkout and device records, and carrier delivery records may be used as evidence of agreement, order contents, and delivery, including in payment-network disputes.
34. No complete elimination of legal responsibility
These Terms allocate risk only to the extent the law permits. They do not eliminate Ryvex Mods obligations for dangerous defects, mandatory warranties, product-safety reporting, recalls, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any consumer or product-liability remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Obtain independent legal advice before relying on these Terms.
