All-sales-final terms and mandatory remedies
Final Sale, Return, and Refund Policy
Effective August 12, 2026. All sales are final and My Store does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges. Mandatory statutory remedies, product-safety duties, and legally required cancellation or refund rights remain intact.
1. All sales final
Except where applicable law requires a remedy or we authorize a corrective action in writing, every purchase is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, remorse, changed plans, cosmetic preference, sizing, customer fitment error, duplicate orders, price changes, installation cost, or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its listing.
2. Disclosure before purchase
The all-sales-final rule is displayed on product and cart acceptance controls and is incorporated into the Terms. Review the exact product, selected configuration, fitment information, measurements, contents, price, shipping information, and every linked policy before submitting an order.
3. Order changes and cancellation requests
A request to change or cancel an order is not effective unless we confirm it in writing. Processing, customization, supplier commitment, label creation, or carrier handoff may prevent a voluntary cancellation. Rights for an unshipped or delayed order that applicable law makes mandatory are not restricted.
4. Unshipped or delayed orders
If an order cannot ship within the time stated, or within the period required by law when no time is stated, we will request consent to the delay or provide cancellation and a prompt refund when applicable law requires it. The all-sales-final rule does not convert payment for unshipped merchandise into a nonrefundable charge.
5. Wrong, damaged, missing, or incomplete delivery
Inspect promptly. Keep the box, shipping label, packing material, product, and every component. Photograph the unopened package, packing layers, product, labels, and contents. Do not install, modify, contaminate, or discard evidence while we review whether a seller error, carrier event, or mandatory remedy applies.
6. Suspected defect or safety issue
Stop riding, installing, charging, testing, or energizing the product. Preserve the product, hardware, batch markings, packaging, installation records, torque or setup data, photos, video, and related components. Product-safety and mandatory-warranty review is separate from the voluntary no-return rule and cannot be avoided by labeling the sale final.
7. Recalls and corrective action
A recall, stop-use notice, safety correction, mandatory repair, replacement, refund, warning, or regulator-directed action controls over this final-sale rule. Follow the instructions issued for the exact product and do not resell, discard, or continue using affected merchandise contrary to a safety notice.
8. Written manufacturer coverage
A voluntary manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only when the exact listing or separate written warranty identifies the warrantor, covered product, duration, scope, exclusions, and remedy. No additional voluntary Ryvex Mods return or exchange right is created by general website copy, support messages, or this policy.
9. Written authorization required
Do not ship a product to us unless written instructions identify the product, authorization, address, carrier or hazardous-material requirements, packaging, and evidence to include. Unauthorized, misdirected, or unsafe shipments may be refused where lawful.
10. Review before any remedy
Provide the order number, product and batch identifiers, bike make/model/year, selected configuration, relevant modifications, installer details, photographs, measurements, and a concise timeline. No voluntary refund, replacement, repair, credit, or other remedy is promised before review. Mandatory remedies apply according to law.
11. Authorized transport, inspection, and payment
For a return required by law or authorized in writing, shipping responsibility, inspection, deductions, and remedy follow the controlling law or written authorization. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless law permits and the parties agree otherwise. Financial institutions control posting time.
12. Non-waivable rights control
Nothing in this policy waives or limits rights or duties that applicable law makes non-waivable, including rights involving unshipped or materially delayed orders, dangerous defects, recalls, mandatory warranties, seller error, or materially misdescribed goods. Where this policy conflicts with such law, the law controls only to the required extent.
